How to request a refund

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. To request a refund:

1. Email us at billing@learnsalsa.ai and we will handle your request directly, or
2. Cancel your subscription from your account page to stop future renewals.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few business days for the credit to appear.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
