Worn by the leader. Senses frame, direction and impulse, and transmits Lead Taps and Turn Cues to the Follow Pulse over Sonra.

Link Pulse Follow™

Worn by the follower. Receives the lead's cues as Pulses, mirrors frame tension back, and feeds the connection metric in real time.

1. Wear your Pulse

A featherweight band on each dancer's wrist — Lead on one, Follow on the other. Senses motion, beat, and frame.

2. Pair with a Dance Code

Open Link, enter a 6-character Dance Code on both Pulses. You're in a Baila.

3. Feel each other dance

Your partner's movement reaches you as Pulses — beat, lead, turns — in under 80ms over Sonra.

The Pulse language

Six trademarked haptic signals form the vocabulary every Link Pulse speaks. The same Pulse means the same thing in every country, every style.

Beat Pulse

Steady metronome tap on the downbeat. Locks you to the music.

Lead Tap

Direction cue from a Lead — left, right, forward, back.

Follow Tap

Mirror of the partner's frame for the Follow.

Turn Cue

Spiral pulse on the wrist — a turn is coming.

Break Cue

Sharp double-tap on the break (1 and 5).

Hold

Sustained pressure — pause, listen, stay.

A 0–100 measure of how locked you are with your partner across beat, frame and direction. Updated every second of a Baila.

A letter grade (A–E) for rhythmic accuracy, based on how close your steps land to the clave.
